I'll try and make it, put me down as a maybe for now. Assuming I come, I'll bring a gencon map

Also, If anyone else is up for it... I will be bringing all 520 and 450 point armies to practice for GenCon. I'd like to practice some of the special event games like: Capture Raelin, Jumpstart, & Heat of battle.

Here is a link to their senario rules: http://www.heroscapers.com/community/sh ... hp?t=18481

I'll try to make this - however, I'll be on-call and could potentially need to leave immediately. As such, I'll be unable to bring a map. Look forward to playing, though!

Greg, If you do want to bring a map and have to leave, I'd be happy to take custody of it for you and drop it by your house. We only live about 5 mins away from each other.

I'll add you to the "maybe" list.

Assuming I can make it I'd like to try some of the Gencon stuff... that way I can feel like I'm actually going or something. But man 450 points are tough after putting myself in a 550 mindset.

Yeah...its tough to scale back down to 450. All the senario tournaments are 450 but the championship is 520... thats not too bad. :| I'll be bringing some of both... and probably one of the maps for capture raelin/jumpstart.

Thanks for volunteering! Sounds like a plan to me.

I'm definitely interested in getting more preparation for GenCon. Got a couple of armies I'm dying to try out!

What better way to celebrate than to bring her to a gaming store?

Oh, and I'll be bringing "Ticalla Sunrise", since I've never played on it.

I will not be making this one. My wife has informed me that it is our wedding anniversary or some such nonsense...

I would imagine I would be there, with one or two if the kids. Karl, playing with the band is not innovative. I did it a few months ago. Not much fun against range, but definitely provides some grins with Chris's commentary.

Ya while my parents are in Branson celabrating I am stuck here working and driving my sister around. I can cook a lot different meals for myself but I stupidly  only bought stuff to make chili cheese fries and shrimp. That stuff gets old really fast. I mean really fast.
bobofdeath
PS I can't come on Sunday because I am working 3 to 9

Since it looks like there will only be three of us I think I'll go ahead and stay home (which I haven't been doing much of lately) and make it and even 2.

Hope you're feeling better soon!

Got in several really great games this afternoon. Sorry I had to skedaddle around 4p! Thanks everyone for helping me cut and run - I did manage to make my trip within the 30 minute time limit.

Had a great time, as usual!

just wish I could'a stayed another couple hours...
