I hope to add maps that I like as I go, but currently, most of my favorites that are too big to transport are on this site

http://heroscape.catalystradio.com/

We were talking about it up at Pulp Fiction the other day and some of you hadn't seen it. It is mentioned here and there on Heroscapers, but a well layed out and organized site.

Hey everyone. Found this site through my blog stats and wanted to drop by and say hello. :) Appreciate the kind words and hope you all have found some use out of my map so far.

I'm trying to get out of a slump that I'm currently in... been map'n and map'n and map'n for a few days... and have only come up with about TWO usable maps... and those were both today. So, I'm hoping that I have finally broke it off. :D

Nice to see you found us Nadi. I currently have 'Bonded Spirit' set up as we speak.

Cool. I enjoyed that map a lot. We played with the 'Bonded Spirit' scenario (not sure if I posted it on the site or not) and it was a lot of fun. Might wanna put a rule in there that you can only reach the top in maybe the second round, because there are a few units that can get there on 1 round, and even more if they are on the 'shorter by steeper' side.

But over all, the map was pretty fun. I think it's one of the better 'visual' maps that I made... and it was was one of the first I made when I started to collect more than one master / expansion set too. It's pretty old. :D

If you haven't done so, make sure you sign up at the SHS and vote for your favorite maps. :D

Actually, I place the glyph in the middle of that end, rather than on the highest point. Cyprien got there in two turns to summon Braxas, but died quickly when Q9 offed Braxas the next round.

Yeah, one of my favorite concepts about that whole scenario is if you kill off the summon, the glyph summoner goes as well, getting two kills for one.

Just wanted to let everyone know if you haven't been to the site in awhile, we've added the 'SHS Map Codex', which is basically a spread sheet of ALL 130+ of our maps (current number), which contains the date added, set requirements, and direct links to the maps.

As always, thanks to all those here that support SHS!

I'll be scouring your site for tournament map nominations.

Well, I'm not sure how well that will go for you. The biggest reason, being that NONE of the maps there have any starting zones defined. So, anything that you might think is 'tourney worthy' will have to be 're-defined' with starting zones. If you really think there are any in there, I'll be more than glad to make 'tournament editions' of the PDFs for those maps... but just wanted to make sure you are aware that none of those maps really fit tourney specs right out of the box.
