I can muster up one fire isle and one pinetree marsh. My terrain is lacking compared to all you "professionals"

Anyone seen any tournament worthy Jungle maps yet? Greg, and BoV members released any that look good?

I will bring "Broken Skyline."

If needed I can bring "Ruins of Pine Tree Marsh" or a "Ticalla Jungle" map. I should have two jungle sets by then.

Let me know what is needed, I don't think I can haul more than two maps in my car.

My Bro and I are getting ready to play a heroscape game. We will set it up and give it a try.

We just finished. We played two games on Kharma's map. In the first I used my prototype super secret special tournament army which I can't tell you about :D, and my brother played an elf army. He conceded after I took out all his heroes. In the second game I played with this army:

Kato Katsuro 200
Kaemon Awa 120
Ashigaru Yari 80
Ashigaru Harquebus 120
Guilty Mcreech 30
Total 550

I didn't think any Kato armies would stand a chance in 600 point games or fewer, but they performed remarkably well. My brother's upgraded elf army could not hold back the swarms of Ashigaru supported by Kaemon. At first glance the map seemed like it would be a nightmare for line of site, but I found a spot to put Kato where he could see almost the entire map (save half the enemies starting zone and a few isolated hexes).

Overall I enjoyed the map and I would love to see it used in the tournament. Besides it catered well to my army selection!

I have enough terrain to be able to provide the remaining maps, up to about seven or so. I will need builders on tourney day though. I'll know more after I return from my voyage on July 4th.

Gotcha. I'll hold off on adding your name to the map list, in case anyone else would like to volunteer terrain.

Thanks for the battle report! Glad you enjoyed the map!

I'll be adding a poll to this thread tomorrow evening so that we can vote between nominated maps. The poll will be up for 1 week. Next weekend, the map will have been chosen - should leave a couple weeks to playtest.

If anyone wants to add a JUNGLE MAP to the nominations list you'd best do it soon!

There's a slight chance I'll be out of town that weekend. Once I find out for sure I'll throw my name in.

Put me down for a "Myrk Springs" map. My son made it over the weekend and it is ready to go. I am still bringing a "Broken Skyline"

I can also bring a "Ruins of Pine Tree Bluff". Just let me know if it is needed.

That would be great if you could! I'll go ahead and mark you down.

Anyone else? Just a few days left!

Hmmm do we want to go ahead and "cap" the guest list... so we know exactly how many maps we'll need?

I'll cover the remaining maps. I'll have to open another box of castle pieces though. :P

I'll need some builders as well, as I can't transport 6 maps already assembled.

I'll bring ej's maps as well, since it looks like he won't be there.

I did a bit of juggling - so if you see any errors, lemme know!

TOG, I've got you down for:

2 Fire Isles
1 Ruins of Pine Tree Marsh
1 Divided We Fall
1 Embattled Fen

Sound OK?
